Bridges  Our experience includes scores of bridges built on the territory of Russian Federation and abroad.
Since middle 50-es the major part of plant's manufactured products are bridge bay constructions: welded, fixed with high-strength bolts. One of the few in the country our plant has mastered the production of riveted bridges.
The history of the plant is connected with such objects as the Crimean Bridge in Moscow and the first welded bridge across the river Dnepr in Kiev. In october 1999 our enterprise was admited as official member to Yugor Highway Association and during two years we have manufactured and supplied 23 bridges to Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area without any quality or schedule reclamation. Bridge constructions (RBC, SAFaI)  LLC Kuznetskie Metal Constructions manufactures bridge constructions used in the process of bridge building:
- Special Auxiliary Facilities and Installations;
- Reusable Bridge Constructions (for posts and for spans).
Bridge cranes  Our customers are industry-leading companies in their manufacturing sectors: JSC ZSMK (West Siberian Matallurgical Works), Konecranes (Finland), JSC «Russian Railways» (Russia), JSC «MMK» (Russia). Our company produces various kinds of cranes, from standard to process cranes.
Standard cranes: top-running bridge cranes and underhung crane.
Process cranes: grab bucket and container cranes, trestle and semi-trestle cranes, casting cranes, electrode-handling cranes, magnetic and slab cranes, claw cranes with lifting capacity up to 400 tonnes and bay up to 50 meters, both in normal and explosionproof mode. Non-standardized equipment  LLC «Kuznetskie Metal Constructions» offers manufacturing of large-sized critically loaded bearing and frame structures with weight up to 60 tones for different technological equipment for enterprises of cement, mining, metallurgical, manufacturing and other spheres of industry. Piles are designed for retaining walls, engineering facilities of different purposes, including harbour and hydraulic installations.
Welded H-Beams  Kuznetskie Steel Structures Plant (LLC «Kuznetskie Metal Constructions») produces welded I-sections from 350 mm to 1200 mm height, from 40B (SH) to 100B (SH) (B – for flanged beams or I-sections; SH – for wide-flanged beams or H-sections). Beams are produced of any length up to 12 meters.Sandwich panels  LLC «Kuznetsky Light Structures Plant» manufactures wall and roofing sandwich panels on automated technological line «Hilleng» (Great Britain). These panels are perfect constructions for walls, dividing walls and roofing system of civil and industrial buildings including food-manufacturing enterprises, store buildings, commercial, administrative and public buildings, sports complexes, residential, modular, demountable buildings, cooling and freezing rooms. Also panels are used for reconstruction of buildings, in particular for the increase of its thermal shield characteristics. |
