We use Russian grades of steel equal to international ones such as:  S235JRG2, S275J2G3, S355JRG3, Steel EN 10028-3-P275NH with layer bundle test;

Surface quality after mechanical treatment as per ISO 1302;

General tolerances as per ISO 2768;

Quality of surface before covering with painting materials as per ISO 12944;

Painting materials used for covering of metal surfaces are such brands as «Hempel», «Tikkurila», «International», «Steelpaint» and others;

Workpieces' heat treatment for removing of welding stress, temperature annealing T=600-620ºC, holding for 3  hours. Cooling under still air or in another way as client requires;

Working experience with such firms as KCI Konecranes Group (Finland), Demag Cranes & Components GmbH (Germany), NKM NOELL (Germany), ThyssenKrupp (Germany), KHD Humboldt Engineering GmbH (Germany).
